Calanchiamo
Inclusion, valorisation and development
CalanchiAmo network (www.calanchiamo.org) was created in June of 2021, with a “Territorial network agreement for proximity tourism and social inclusion”, shared with the municipality of Ozzano dell’Emilia. It includes over 25 different actors (farms, wineries, B&B, restaurants, riding stables, non-profit associations and social cooperatives) in the eastern area of the regional protected park “Parco Regionale dei Gessi Bolognesi e dei Calanchi dell’Abbadessa.
The end goal of the Network is to highlight the value of this wide portion of the Park from an environmental, eno-gastronomical and touristic point of view with promising potential for eco-friendly development and social inclusion of people with employment difficulties involved in the activities and initiatives that are implemented.
